Morning Raid is a great light roast pick!
Bright, floral tasting notes with hints of citrus peel and an earthy finish.
Costa Rican Tarrazu is Marissa’s favorite and low key one of mine as well.
Perfect for literally any day and boasting tasting notes of warm chocolate, red berry, cocoa, and a jammy finish!
Before I get to the top pick, i’ve got an honorable mention, Nicaragua Los Congos Honey Process! A mouthful!

This specialty coffee boasts tasting notes of pine, nougat, and cherry!
Very palatable and a great daily drinker. This was one I found myself making two or sometimes three times a day.
Now, the top pick!
By far the most savage roast we have on hand year round!
A medium/dark roast blend boasting tasting notes of chocolate, berry, cocoa, and a fruity finish! This has been a fan favorite since we introduced it as a collab blend with Mark Valenti of Refined Savage.
