• Domestic Shipping (US): We ship via USPS or UPS. Orders typically process and ship within 1-5 business days, depending on order volume and availability. Delivery times vary by location but are generally 2-7 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $75. We also offer free local delivery to addresses in Traverse City, MI.
• Shipping Costs: For orders under $75, flat-rate shipping starts at $5.99 (calculated at checkout based on weight and destination).
• International Shipping: Available worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Military Addresses: We proudly ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses at standard domestic rates. Thank you for your service!
• Tracking & Insurance: Every order includes tracking information, emailed upon shipment. All packages are insured against loss or damage during transit.
• Damaged or Lost Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue via the Contact page on our website or social media DM. We'll file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
