You can't rely on motivation to give a kick in the ass to get going.
Motivation is fleeting and is usually gone just as fast as it arrived.
Motivation is something gets exhausted quickly when things get hard.
If you want to build long lasting momentum you need to building the skill of discipline.
Discipline is what will keep you going when you're tired.
When you're lacking motivation.
When you're lacking momentum.
Discipline will keep you on the path.
It's also a skill.
When you don't use it. It isn't as effective.
When you do use it... and use it consistently. It's very effective.
