The things you're good at...

If you're a high achiever, chances are, you're consistently focused on progress.

You're focused on getting better.

You're focused on what and how to get better at the things you suck at.

 In doing so you often forget what you're good at. 

You forget how long its taken you to become good at certain skills.

In doing so you may have forgotten about these things you're good at. 

Once a month, write down 5 things you're good at and 5 things you're not good at. 

The more consistent you are with this, you'll be able to look back and see the progress, you'll remember the things you're good at. 

You'll see how long certain things took for you to become good at. You'll be able to see if you've been slacking at some of these things and keep your standard. 

It's a big motivator and confidence booster to look back just 6 months ago and see what things you once sucked at to know you've gotten better at them. 

It's a good reminder too if you're slacking at something you were once good at.

You can't measure what you don't track.
