Being consistent is the fastest way to get where you want to go.
These sounds like basic information but it's far deeper than that.
To be consistent, you have to be disciplined, you're not always going to feel like doing the work.
To be consistent, you have to be good at handling the monotonous, it's going to bore you.
To be consistent, you have to be honest with yourself, did you actually do the appropriate quality of work to move yourself forward?
Everyone thinks consistency is easy.
It's not.
You've gotta master the monotonous.
You've gotta build the discipline.
You've gotta be honest.
Just because you show up to work every day doesn't mean you're worthy of a promotion.
Just because you show up to practice every day doesn't mean you're worthy of being a starter.
There is a shit load of work that goes into being consistent.
Don't get a twisted and think being consistent is the easy part.
