How you look at either is up to you.
Either perspective will affect your mood.
You can respect the negative and embrace the positive.
Yes, you can have toxic positivity.
But that only happens if you don’t respect the negative for what it is.
Respect the negative side for what it is. It deserves the respect.
But the positive side also deserves respect.
The dichotomy of perspective is respecting the negative and embracing the positive.
Be aware of both and move on.
