Costa Rican Tarrazu is a medium roast; a true classic that is loved by everyone!

Costa Rican comes in three size options: 5 pounds (80 ounces), 1 pound (16 ounces) & 1/2 pound (8ounces)
We roast to order, meaning, we either roast it the day it comes in or at most, was roasted 3 days ago. This is to guarantee you're getting the freshest possible coffee!
For brewing method, we recommend pour over, cold brew, or french press. However, it will soon be your coffee and entirely up to you!
Pour over produces a smooth well balanced cup with jammy, red fruits, and loads of chocolaty tones
Cold brew makes a sweet cup. All the tasting notes in this coffee are present with sweetness throughout.
French press produces a bolder flavor. Subtle fruits, sweet and dark chocolates, and a warm finish.
For a stronger cup we recommend a 1/14 brew ratio. For a balanced cup a 1/16 brew ratio is perfect. For a lighter cup a 1/17 or 1/18 brew ratio does wonders.
